I've travelled together with Primož to the big track and field competitions since the World Youth Championship in Annecy in 1998. I have always liked his relaxed and positive attitude. About the competitive side of him I really admire the results he has achieved after people already almost saw him end the career due to injuries.

I don’t know Primož very well, but I really like his positive attitude to sport and life. I deeply respect him, because of such results as only few other Slovene athletes can be proud of. Moreover, he achieved these results in the technical discipline of track and field, which is in my opinion even a greater success.

I see Primož as a person who knows exactly what his priorities and goals are in a certain moment. He is hard working, dedicated to sport and has a strong fighting spirit.  Apart of that he is one of the few Slovenian top athletes who work hard for improvements of conditions in sport. We would certainly need more people like him.

By all means Primož is a person, mostly dedicated to sport of all the people I know. Discipline, hard work and sound head are virtues that describe him best. Despite his success he remains simple and down to earth. I respect him as a very successful athlete and a good friend.
